HR Generalist (Client Facing)

About the role

The HR Generalist (Client Facing) supports the full employee life cycle for EOR/PEO employees, handling talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll reporting, benefits, performance management, employee relations, client billing, and off‑boarding. This role acts as the primary point of contact for client HR inquiries and ensures service delivery meets contractual expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as secondary HR contact for EOR/PEO clients, addressing policy, compliance, and employee‑relations queries.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for client staffing needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract preparation.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, orientation, documentation, and act as point of contact during transition.
• Maintain complete 201 files (digital and physical) for all employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and audit standards.
• Manage enrollment and administration of statutory and company‑initiated benefits, liaising with providers.
• Oversee employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, separations, and contract renewals.
• Collect and validate time‑keeping data, salary adjustments, and deductions for payroll processing; prepare payroll reports for internal and client use.
• Coordinate with accounting to generate client invoices based on payroll data and resolve billing discrepancies.

Required profile

• Experience supporting EOR/PEO clients and handling HR policy, compliance, and employee‑relations matters.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles and prepare employment contracts.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and local labor regulations.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate employee records and 201 files.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating payroll data and generating payroll reports.
• Ability to work with accounting teams on invoicing and billing reconciliation.
