About the role
We are a US‑based virtual assistant staffing company that places Filipino professionals with home‑services businesses across North America. As Head of Recruitment you will lead a PH‑based team of 10‑20 recruiters and sourcers, own the full hiring funnel, and drive the metrics that keep our clients loyal.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, conducting 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Maintain and improve recruitment SOPs, scorecards, outreach playbooks, and dashboards.
- Ensure tight alignment with Sales and Operations on what can be recruited and delivered.
- Report weekly to the CEO on time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑placement, 90‑day retention, and deposit‑to‑active conversion.
- Make data‑driven decisions to improve placement quality and retention.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading recruitment teams in a fast‑growth environment.
- Track record of turning under‑performing teams into high‑performers.
- Comfortable working overlapping US business hours.
- Strong analytical mindset focused on measurable outcomes.
