About the role
We are looking for an HR Assistant to support our human resources team in daily operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records, HR administration, and employee relations to ensure smooth HR processes.
Key responsibilities
- Post job advertisements on platforms such as Job Boards, Indeed, JobStreet, etc.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews while coordinating with hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee files, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy of personal details, contracts, and benefits.
- Handle confidential employee information securely and keep HR databases up‑to‑date.
- Prepare HR documents and support training sessions and employee development programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Support internal communications, organize company events, and assist the recruitment team with day‑to‑day tasks.
