Associate Director, Training and Quality

About the role

The Associate Director, Training and Quality will serve as the single point of contact for both clients and Concentrix leadership, ensuring the delivery of high‑impact training and quality programs across multiple geographies. This senior role translates strategic objectives into operational execution at scale, supporting thousands of headcounts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal leaders on training and quality matters.
• Drive execution and consistency of the Concentrix Training and Quality Framework.
• Lead technology infusion of Concentrix tools and support seasonal or growth ramps.
• Govern performance, plan hyper‑care actions, and manage client VOC for training and quality.
• Optimize reward and penalty structures and expand Training & Quality as a Service.
• Conduct client workshops, lead sales presentations, and showcase capabilities during client visits.
• Manage workforce ratios and end‑to‑end demand using a lean resourcing model.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in training and quality with strong stakeholder management.
• Data‑driven decision making and ability to translate strategy into operational execution.
• Experience leading enterprise‑level training & quality functions for thousands of employees.
• Background in transformation initiatives such as AI‑enabled learning and automation.
• Client‑facing exposure, change‑management experience, and strong analytical skills.
