Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Five9 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its United States recruiting team. Working during US PST business hours, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring managers while gaining exposure to a range of talent acquisition functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interview‑related issues, resolving scheduling conflicts and technical problems.
• Act as a brand ambassador, creating a welcoming environment for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and HR Operations on new‑hire status updates.
• Handle operational tasks such as referral bonus support, weekly reporting, and recruiting fee processing.
• Manage pre‑employment background checks for US hires.
• Maintain Greenhouse ATS data integrity and functionality.

Required profile

• Ability to work during US PST business hours.
• Experience scheduling high‑volume interviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a sense of urgency.
• Judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Hands‑on experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
