Pre-Process Training Specialist

About the role

The Pre-Process Training Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate soft‑skill training programs for multiple business verticals. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop curriculum, and ensure training effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver foundation and essential soft‑skill training sessions to employees in healthcare, insurance, travel, and logistics.
• Develop and implement a Training Need Identification (TNI) process and assess training gaps.
• Create, update, and maintain training modules and resource pools.
• Conduct follow‑up sessions, measure training impact, and produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Audit internal training reports (both digital and hard copy) for accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 CEFR level).
• Strong problem‑solving, logical thinking, and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to engage participants, make sessions interactive, and adapt to a cross‑cultural environment.
• Professional demeanor with sensitivity, tact, and the ability to prioritize internal and external stakeholder needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio (preferred).
• Experience in curriculum development and training needs assessment (TNA/I).
• Basic understanding of email etiquette and presentation techniques.
