Recruiter (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Outsourcey is seeking a proactive Recruiter to help build high‑performing insurance sales teams. This remote, part‑time position focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding agents who can thrive in a commission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective insurance agents through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess sales aptitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and cultural fit.
• Present the agency’s lead system, training programs, compensation structure, and growth opportunities to candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and leadership, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics within the recruiting funnel.
• Support onboarding by introducing new agents to systems, training resources, and support channels.

Required profile

• Prior recruiting experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or commission‑based sales.
• Familiarity with life‑insurance sales models, independent brokerage structures, or agent‑based organizations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport in a consultative manner.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with ability to evaluate candidate potential for performance‑driven roles.
• Excellent organization, follow‑through, and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a part‑time capacity.
