About the role

Attivo Partners is seeking a proactive Accountant to join its fast‑growing finance and accounting consulting team. You will support venture‑backed startups by handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensuring their financial reporting scales with rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with month‑end close by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and performing ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Maintain regular communication with client teams to deliver high‑quality service and accurate work products.
• Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic learner willing to adapt to evolving client needs.
