US Junior Auditor

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a motivated US Junior Auditor to join its Philippine team. Working night shifts, you will support North‑American clients by performing end‑to‑end audit engagements and ensuring compliance with US regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑scale audits, reviews, compilations, due‑diligence projects and Agreed‑Upon Procedures for US clients.
• Perform advanced testing of high‑risk accounts and complex financial statement areas.
• Prepare and finalize workpapers, financial statements, and management letters.
• Address review comments from managers, principals and Quality Control to meet international delivery standards.
• Act as audit in‑charge on specific engagement segments, overseeing documentation and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm serving US clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Proven experience handling audit working papers and acting as audit in‑charge.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US GAAS (Generally Accepted Auditing Standards).
