Accountant – Remote Finance Consulting

About the role

Attivo Partners is seeking a motivated Accountant to join its remote finance and accounting consulting team. You will support venture‑backed startups by handling core accounting functions and ensuring their financial reporting scales with rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
• Assist with the monthly close process by posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and conducting ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Maintain regular communication with client teams to deliver high‑quality service and accurate work products.
• Support special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Experience with common accounting software platforms.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to fast‑changing client environments.
