Associate Analyst – Corporate Treasury

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Associate Analyst to join its Corporate Treasury team in the Philippines. You will support daily foreign‑exchange rate and margin processing, reporting directly to the Treasury Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Implement rates and margins instructions accurately and on time.
• Perform basic calculations for FX rates and margins.
• Apply action plans and controls to mitigate risk.
• Investigate rate and margin incidents, documenting causes, financial impact, and corrective actions.
• Provide analytical support for special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in payment solutions business is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including evenings (12 pm‑9 pm) and occasional weekends.
• Commitment to Mastercard’s security policies and mandatory trainings.
