Villa Assistant (Stay-in)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Villa Assistant to support the Villa Manager in day‑to‑day operations. This stay‑in position combines administrative duties with coordination of housekeeping, maintenance and guest services to ensure a seamless experience for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports, manage documentation and maintain filing, inventory and guest logs.
• Handle purchase requests, expense tracking and basic monitoring reports.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries, and coordinate internal communications.
• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and external service providers to schedule repairs, deliveries and service appointments.
• Assist with guest check‑in/check‑out, welcome visitors and address minor concerns, escalating issues as needed.
• Support event setup and special guest arrangements.
• Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, vendor transactions and compliance with villa policies while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality or property management is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to reside on‑site with accommodation provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
