Assistant Outlet Manager – Spectrum

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager – Spectrum will support the Outlet Manager in delivering seamless service at Fairmont Makati’s all‑day dining venue. This role combines operational oversight with guest‑focused service to ensure a high‑quality dining experience for both local and international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet operations and assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining efficient service delivery.
• Ensure product quality and uphold service standards throughout the dining area.
• Foster positive relationships with guests and promote collaboration between the service team, kitchen, and dining operations.
• Monitor compliance with corporate, regional and local hotel policies, operating procedures and service standards.
• Maintain consistency and operational excellence across the outlet.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in all‑day dining restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
