About the role
Goway Travel is seeking a Product Support Coordinator for its Travel Account to join a high‑growth organization in Pasig City, Philippines. This full‑time, hybrid position involves close collaboration with Product Managers and travel suppliers to keep product data accurate and up‑to‑date, supporting the company’s innovative travel industry initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contracts with travel suppliers, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
- Load, verify, and maintain product data in Goway’s internal system.
- Coordinate with Product Managers to resolve data issues and support product launches.
- Assist in the administration of supplier relationships and contract documentation.
