Outlet Manager (Chinese Restaurant)

About the role

As the Outlet Manager for a Chinese restaurant within Hilton Manila, you will lead daily operations, create memorable dining experiences and ensure every guest feels like a VIP. You will shape the menu, uphold brand standards and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all outlet operations to guarantee smooth service and brand compliance.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage guest interactions, handle feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Control inventory, monitor stock levels, manage ordering and optimise cost efficiency.
• Drive upselling initiatives, track sales performance and support revenue targets.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations are consistently met.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain food safety standards across the outlet.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a high‑end restaurant/hotel, or 2‑3 years as an Assistant Manager.
• Excellent communication, grooming and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Fukien language is an advantage.
• Friendly, professional, guest‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
