Team Manager - B2B Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales

About the role

Sutherland is looking for a dynamic, data-driven and people-focused Team Manager to lead a high-performing B2B sales team supporting a global cybersecurity client. The role suits a sales leader who enjoys coaching, driving pipeline growth and delivering revenue results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing B2B sales team
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth and pipeline health
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve results
• Manage pipeline progression, forecasting and sales execution
• Leverage Salesforce, Power BI and Tableau to generate actionable insights
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve business goals and deliver client success
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Strong background in B2B sales
• Experience managing B2B sales teams
• Prior experience in Sales Development and/or Enterprise Sales
• Proven success driving sales performance and pipeline growth
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and pipeline management
• Preferred: 2-3 years of people management experience and demonstrated coaching ability

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM, dashboards and reporting
• Power BI and Tableau
• Sales knowledge: pipeline stages, forecasting and lead progression from suspect to advanced stages
• Analyzing and reporting on pipeline metrics and performance trends
• Preferred: cybersecurity industry knowledge, SaaS or enterprise solutions sales experience, and experience with global clients
