Staff Consultant - Customer Service & Sales

About the role

Nagarro, a digital product engineering company with more than 15,000 experts across 26 countries, is hiring a Staff Consultant in Cebu. The role combines customer support and sales, from handling customer inquiries to generating leads and managing a sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster strong customer relationships, understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails and social media.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM platform.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Take part in sales development programs to keep improving knowledge and skills.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales.
• Proven ability to generate sales leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated, enthusiastic and results oriented.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
