GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Lead Analyst

About the role

EY is hiring a GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Lead Analyst (Supervising Associate, rank 64) in Taguig, within the GDS Alliances Partner Operations CoE. The role strengthens EY's Cyber Alliance ecosystem by driving operations, reporting, partner enablement, governance and stakeholder engagement, supporting the build-out of a scalable Cyber Alliances operations model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational, financial, sales, pipeline and program intelligence through dashboards and reporting, including revenue, sales, pipeline, opportunity and performance dashboards, and manage the Cyber Alliance book of business
• Support opportunity management (tagging, hygiene, coordination, issue resolution, performance tracking) and track prospects, accounts, strategic wins and high-value initiatives
• Maintain reference materials, enablement assets and partner program guidance, and work with Brand, Marketing and Communications on stakeholder communications
• Enable internal Cyber Ecosystem and Alliance leadership meetings and support strategic engagements with partners
• Drive operational initiatives: administer partner tools, portals and repositories, handle access requests, track certifications, skills and enablement, and act as single point of contact for partner tool issues
• Coordinate with the Alliances Investment Team, Legal, Finance and Compliance on market development funds, investment requests, reimbursements and governance
• Work with onshore enablement contacts on process improvement, automation and Agentic AI use cases, and support global agreement localization and partner program requirements
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations and governance rhythms, and identify opportunities to simplify workflows and automate routine work

Required profile

• Strong grounding in sales, pipeline and alliance operations, with practical understanding of opportunity life cycles, pipeline hygiene, GTM reporting and Cyber Alliance performance measures
• Strong technology orientation and interest in cyber services, cyber ecosystem partnerships and partner program models
• Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement, automation and AI-enabled work
