Talent Onboarding Clerk – Project Based

About the role
This is a project‑based position for fresh graduates to support the onboarding of new hires at McDonald’s Philippines. You will ensure compliance, track onboarding progress, and assist the Talent Acquisition team.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee completeness of onboarding files and meet all compliance standards and contract requirements.
- Record and monitor onboarding trackers, ensuring timely execution of onboarding initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Support Talent Acquisition by performing assigned duties related to onboarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
