About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead and enhance the company’s HR operations, ensuring policies, systems, and practices align with business objectives, Philippine labor laws, and employee needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and engagement.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and programs that comply with Philippine Labor Code and DOLE requirements.
- Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition using job platforms, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Improve employee experience through engagement programs, workplace communication, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs, employee concerns, and organizational goals.
- Guide managers and staff on HR policies, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation, statutory benefits, employee records, and HR documentation accurately and timely.
- Monitor HR metrics such as hiring timelines, turnover, attendance, engagement, and training needs to support decision‑making.
- Plan and deliver training and development programs to enhance skills, leadership capability, and performance.
- Conduct regular audits of HR files, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain relationships with government agencies, service providers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor regulations, engagement practices, technology, and compliance.
- Promote a professional, respectful, inclusive, and positive work environment.
- Recommend process improvements to make HR operations more efficient and employee‑friendly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE requirements, statutory benefits, and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Professional handling of confidential information with integrity.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple HR tasks within deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to work on‑site.
