Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the operational engine of Payreto’s recruitment lifecycle. You will orchestrate candidate pipelines, coordinate interview loops, and ensure a seamless, high‑impact experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Synchronize multi‑stage interview loops, minimizing scheduling conflicts across business units.
• Provide real‑time visibility of pipeline velocity and candidate progression to internal stakeholders.
• Manage mandatory preliminary screenings, including Mercer | Mettl assessments, to secure eligibility before technical evaluations.
• Serve as the primary empathetic touchpoint for applicants, delivering transparent communication and feedback.
• Maintain complete, accurate candidate records in JazzHR, ensuring 100% data hygiene and compliance with local labor laws.
• Execute handovers to the People Experience team after offer acceptance and support onboarding readiness.
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and preparation of employment offer documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and an outward‑mindset approach to candidate experience.
