System Administrator I – Global IT Service Desk

About the role
Join foodpanda’s Global IT Service Desk as a System Administrator I and become the primary point of contact for internal IT customers. You will deliver fast, reliable support across multiple channels while contributing to continuous improvement of our service processes.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, triage and resolve IT support requests via Jira, Slack and email.
- Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Workspace and Slack.
- Document and maintain system administration procedures, policies and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with other departments and participate in cross‑functional projects.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Required profile
- Completed degree or vocational training in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in system administration and IT technical support.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a high service orientation and good English communication skills.

- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
- Slack administration
- Jira ticketing system
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification (preferred)
