Intermediate Service Desk Analyst – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Service Desk Analyst to provide day‑to‑day IT support for N‑able employees worldwide, primarily during night‑shift hours. The role involves managing user identities, endpoints, and handling incidents in an ITIL‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support for N‑able staff.
• Manage user identity and endpoint devices using cloud‑native technologies.
• Handle incident and service request management following ITIL processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to quickly assess challenges and set clear expectations.
• 1‑3 years experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
• 1‑3 years experience with Office 365 and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and ITIL‑based service management tools.
