Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and build scalable hiring processes as our startup grows. You will work closely with the CEO and Operations Head while guiding Assistant Recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, produce reports, hiring updates and pipeline analytics for management.
• Facilitate onboarding documentation, orientation support and maintain HR compliance.
• Train and support Assistant Recruiters, recommend process improvements and promote efficient hiring operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, Boolean search and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
