Senior HR Generalist – Compensation & Recruitment

About the role

Emapta is looking for a Senior HR Generalist who will lead compensation and recruitment initiatives across its Makati office. You will partner with business leaders to ensure competitive pay structures, manage end‑to‑end hiring, and support employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to inform remuneration reviews.
• Manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce insights for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on compensation policies and recruitment strategies.
• Provide employee support on HR queries, performance management, and compliance matters.
• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and internal HR procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on compensation and recruitment.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end recruitment and salary benchmarking.
• Broad exposure to employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and reporting.
• Experience supporting Australian clients or working in offshore/multinational environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Makati.
