Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will help us overcome the fast‑paced challenges of a hyper‑growth e‑commerce ecosystem while learning quickly and having fun.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Viber Community and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content such as posts, videos, stories, polls and more, tailored to each platform’s audience.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster community conversations.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, product amplifications, collaborations, promotions and giveaways.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth) and deliver regular analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates and competitor activities, integrating them into strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in e‑commerce, social media marketing, business development or strategic partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results‑driven, proactive and able to work in a dynamic, multi‑disciplinary team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads platform.
