About the role

The Associate Manager Digital Content will act as a communications expert, leading initiatives that span multiple teams to boost business performance and improve customer and employee experiences. The role involves creating and distributing internal and external communications, preparing executives for media interactions, and coordinating large‑scale events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute internal and external communications such as media releases, newsletters, and social‑media content.
• Organize promotional events and act as a spokesperson when required.
• Prepare executives for media and analyst interviews, providing coaching and supporting materials.
• Coordinate communication activities with stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital content, content marketing, or digital communications.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and workstreams in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience with digital content management systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or HR portals.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities.
