About the role
The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Raffles and Fairmont Makati, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive guest engagement and enhance brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Create engaging content across digital platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and special events, both within and outside the hotel, to boost brand visibility and guest engagement.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or related field.
- Minimum of five years of digital marketing experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office applications, and other digital editing apps.
