About the role
The Senior Crew member works in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, delivering excellent service to guests and supporting daily operations. This role ensures that service standards are met while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and respond to guests’ needs.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages accurately and promptly.
- Handle customer feedback with a positive attitude.
- Maintain regular sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
- Assist other store areas as required, ensuring smooth workflow and teamwork.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, reaching high shelves, and lifting heavy equipment or ingredients.
Required profile
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Full‑time, regular employment.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
- Patient, willing to learn, and attentive to safety and cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
