Income Auditor

About the role

The Lind Boracay is looking for a meticulous Income Auditor to join its Finance team. The role involves daily auditing, recording and reporting of all hotel revenue streams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. You will work closely with outlet managers and senior finance leaders to resolve discrepancies and support financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile daily revenue sources (rooms, F&B, banquets, miscellaneous) against cash and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Revenue Report to outlet managers and executive leadership.
• Reconcile outlet sales with charges, advance payments and folio postings.
• Audit collection summaries against bank deposit slips in coordination with the General Cashier.
• Verify guest checks, dockets and settlement methods across all dining outlets and banquets.
• Monitor buffet controls, cash‑settled checks and register float totals.
• Track voided, corrected and unsettled checks, ensuring proper management approval.
• Finalize food cover reports and maintain documentation for F&B cost control.
• Audit rebates, paid‑outs and miscellaneous charges for compliance with finance policy.
• Safeguard promotional programs such as coupons, certificates, gift cards and vouchers.
• Assist with routine audits of outlet cash floats and POS registers.
• Perform special finance projects and ad‑hoc reporting as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or auditing experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and self‑motivation in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with managers and leadership.
