About the role
The Front of House Manager leads the front‑of‑house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience, ensuring world‑class hospitality, service excellence and smooth restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to maintain efficient service flow.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering service standards and handling concerns or service recovery.
- Lead, coach and motivate staff, manage scheduling, training and performance.
- Monitor sales, labor costs, guest feedback and overall operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation and company policies.
- Coordinate closely with back‑of‑house and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Support sales initiatives, promotions and events to drive performance.
- Uphold the restaurant’s professional appearance, cleanliness and ambiance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in premium or fine‑dining concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication and guest service abilities.
