Store Supervisor – Food Service Operations

About the role

FoodCrave Marketing, Inc., a subsidiary of San Miguel Foods, Inc., is seeking a Store Supervisor for its NAIA Terminal location in Pasay City. The role oversees daily store operations, ensures high‑quality food service, and delivers a positive dining experience for airport customers.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees while enforcing company policies.
• Interact with customers, address complaints, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expenses.
• Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met.
• Resolve operational issues promptly during service hours.
• Provide ongoing training on food handling, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and POS operations.

Required profile

• College graduate (any 4‑year degree).
• Minimum 10 years of food service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, POS operations, and inventory management.
• Experience in fast‑paced, 24‑hour restaurant environments.
• Proactive leadership and ability to make independent decisions.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, at NAIA Terminal.
