Senior Associate Consultant – Data Solutions

About the role

Aon Philippines is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant – Data Solutions to support clients with compensation and survey data. You will work on a variety of projects, helping clients interpret data and shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Review client compensation and survey input to identify questionable data.
• Verify accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing with clients to resolve issues.
• Respond to client requests for data interpretation and analysis.
• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relations through proactive communication.
• Translate client questions into opportunities for supplemental report sales or consulting assignments.
• Conduct client training webinars as needed.
• Assist in the production, design, and modification of compensation and survey reports.
• Support various ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields.
• 1–4 years of experience in human resources, research, data analysis or related industry; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged.
• Ability to work independently, organize large volumes of data, and prioritize tasks.
• Motivated self‑starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to support a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros a plus).
• Word processing expertise.
• Spreadsheet processing and database management.
