Vice President of Workforce Management Transformation

About the role

The Vice President of Workforce Management Transformation leads global strategy to modernize and continuously improve SSG’s Workforce Management organization across APAC, North America and LATAM. This senior leadership position partners with Operations, Finance, Technology, HR and Client Services to drive predictability, efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global WFM transformation roadmap, establishing future‑state operating models, standardised processes and governance while accommodating regional differences.
• Lead technology modernization, evaluating and implementing next‑generation WFM platforms, analytics, AI and automation, and integrate these systems with CRM, HRIS, payroll and scheduling tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, HR, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Management and large‑scale transformation, with proven leadership across multiple regions and senior executive influence.
