Senior Associate Accountant

About the role

The Senior Associate Accountant supports financial reporting, planning, and analysis across finance functions, delivering accurate and timely financial information to aid business performance monitoring and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and analysis of financial results, management, compliance reports and operational dashboards.
• Coordinate with Finance, FP&A, Operations and other stakeholders to collect, validate and analyse data for consolidated reports.
• Assist month‑end, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring timelines and reporting requirements are met.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness and support audit data requests.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement of reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis, reports and finance‑related initiatives, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, general accounting or a similar role.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet competing deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or financial reporting software (e.g., SAP/S4 Hana, Power BI).
