Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance team, oversee financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance functions, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team workload, assign tasks, and provide leadership.
• Review and finalize forecasts, assist in annual budget preparation, and produce financial reports and analyses.
• Analyze financial data and communicate recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Control actual performance against budget, ensuring proper documentation.
• Review balance‑sheet reconciliations and prepare balance‑sheet review reports.
• Analyze P&L performance, comment on variances and business trends.
• Lead audited financial statement completion for assigned entities.
• Manage corporate finance, treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group policies, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain statutory reporting, tax compliance, and liaison with auditors and regulators.
• Develop and update finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Commerce – Management Accounting; CPA licensure is a plus.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, business judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Leadership, coaching and clear communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP S/4 (preferred) and MS Office.
