Finance Operations Coordinator

About the role

Zencargo is looking for a Finance Operations Coordinator to join its FinOps team in the Philippines. Reporting to the FinOps Manager, you will help ensure smooth accounts‑payable processes and support supplier relationships in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the finance mailbox, Slack channels and respond to queries within SLA.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts and process invoices through Paycargo.
• Own selected freight supplier accounts and assist with invoice disputes.
• Reconcile supplier statements and support the FinOps Manager on project work.
• Provide coverage for the team and handle ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Previous accounts‑payable experience or willingness to learn (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication, comfortable with phone calls and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Proactive, accountable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Ability to use Pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions in spreadsheets.
