Senior Apple Systems & Workspace Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Apple Systems & Workspace Administrator to own the full lifecycle management of macOS devices and Google Workspace for Point Manila and its global staff. The role combines hands‑on technical work with automation, security enforcement, and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage macOS device lifecycle using Jamf Pro, including OS/software patching with Jamf, Nudge, Automox, etc.
• Administer and optimize Google Workspace: user provisioning, security settings, integrations, and Chrome Enterprise profiles.
• Automate provisioning and deployment workflows with Python, Bash, Zapier, Workato, and evaluate AI‑powered tools for efficiency.
• Configure SaaS accounts for new employees, enforce CIS‑compliant security policies.
• Handle IT tickets and escalations in Jira Service Management, meeting SLA targets and providing advanced Apple‑related support.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and global IT teams on projects and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with local IT vendors and document internal processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, set up, and maintain laptops for Manila‑based staff and contractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing macOS environments at scale.
• Strong background in Google Workspace administration.
• Demonstrated ability to script and automate tasks (Python, Bash).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably Jira Service Management.
• Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with local vendors.
