SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant – France

About the role

Strada is seeking a SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant to join its team and support French clients in deploying and optimizing SAP Payroll solutions. You will work on cross‑industry projects, ensuring that payroll systems are configured to meet local regulations and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, aligning technical activities with best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll configurations according to Strada standards and conduct thorough system testing to validate functionality and compliance.
• Manage priorities effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Leverage deep knowledge of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture to deliver successful solutions within defined timelines.
• Support go‑live activities and ensure payroll system readiness for production use.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM and at least 2‑3 successful HCM implementations.
• In‑depth knowledge of European payroll, especially French payroll configuration.
• Strong client focus, accountability, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
