Associate Rewards Consultant

About the role

Join Marsh's Rewards Consulting team in Manila, supporting business development and delivering high‑quality rewards analysis for clients. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and Marsh colleagues to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Lead business development, generate leads, and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Shape proposals, design solutions, and nurture upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Lead or support projects such as job evaluation, salary structure design, incentive design, performance management, and executive compensation benchmarking.
• Facilitate decision‑making, manage risks, and ensure change control throughout projects.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects and ensure quality of analyses.
• Develop expertise on reward trends in the Philippines and share insights through workshops and industry events.

Required profile

• More than 15 years of experience in rewards, performance management, or HR consulting.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to shape solutions for client needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior analysts.
