SAP ABAP Technical Lead – Hybrid (S/4HANA)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP ABAP Technical Lead to drive our S/4HANA Greenfield implementations. The role combines hands‑on development with leadership, ensuring high‑quality custom solutions from requirement gathering through post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA ABAP module and provide expert guidance to the delivery team.
• Execute at least two full‑cycle Greenfield implementations, handling design, configuration, and custom development.
• Develop and enhance reports, integrations, conversions, forms, workflows, and Fiori applications.
• Utilise SAP BTP, BRF+, OData services, and CDS Views to deliver modern, scalable solutions.
• Conduct Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, functional and system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Manage go‑live activities and provide post‑implementation support and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP S/4HANA ABAP experience.
• Proven involvement in at least two S/4HANA Greenfield projects.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent client communication skills.
