Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead client acquisition efforts for loan products, driving new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role combines field sales activities, team leadership, and coordination with credit and loan processing teams to ensure smooth loan approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new potential clients through cold calls, field visits, and presentations.
• Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers.
• Supervise sales associates in assisting clients with loan applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with credit and loan processing teams to facilitate loan approvals and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to improve sales skills.
• Assist the Branch Manager in meeting and exceeding targets and act as officer in charge when needed.
• Provide supervision to other branches when required.

Required profile

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to perform field work and travel to other branches if needed.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of lending products and loan application processes is an advantage.
• Readiness to attend a two‑week training in Ortigas, Pasig.
