Senior Account Manager - Meat

About the role

The Senior Account Manager – Meat will lead strategic growth of Kerry’s meat ingredient portfolio across assigned accounts in the Philippines. Reporting to the General Manager Meat Technology – APAC, the role combines insight‑driven selling, cross‑functional project leadership and long‑term customer relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Use an insight‑selling approach that addresses customer and consumer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop a commercial account plan.
• Manage the project pipeline through to commercialization.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
• Manage interaction of all customer stakeholders – R&D, Marketing, Strategic Sourcing, Operations, etc.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration of Kerry personnel (supply chain, customer service, R&D, marketing, management) to strengthen relationships and meet account performance objectives.

Required profile

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years experience in sales of ingredients into processed meats.
• Experience selling value‑added solutions such as seasonings, marinades, flavours, and preservatives.
• Experience working with distributors is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to manage engagements with key accounts.
• Sales‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
