About the role
The Sales Associate position is an entry‑level role that launches a career path toward becoming a Business Manager. You will work in the field, meeting new clients, acquiring accounts, and contributing to the bank’s growth while earning performance‑based awards on top of your basic salary.
Required profile
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree; fresh graduates are welcome.
- High passion for sales, strong negotiation and customer‑service abilities.
- Willingness to work on a quota‑based, field‑work environment.
- Good communication, presentable appearance and ability to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of bank products such as Current Accounts and Savings Accounts is a plus.
