About the role
The Branch Sales Associate role will jump‑start your career in banking, immersing you in sales activities to generate and grow client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate individual and corporate leads through client mapping and field prospecting.
- Acquire new clients and maintain growth of newly solicited accounts.
Required profile
- Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Comfortable with sales, field work and quota‑based environment.
- Highly resilient, quick to adapt, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Go‑getter attitude; fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome.
