About the role
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive – Voice to join our BPO client on a night‑shift schedule in Taguig. The role involves handling voice campaigns, primarily focused on sales or collections, and requires working onsite with flexible shift patterns including weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- At least a high school graduate with a minimum of 6 months of call‑center experience handling a voice campaign.
- Sales or collections experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and B2 English proficiency (Hallo Speaking Test).
- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig on shifting schedules, including night shifts starting as early as 8:00 PM PHT.
What we offer
- Monthly package: ₱20,000 basic pay + ₱1,500 rice allowance.
- Average monthly commission ranging from ₱15,000 to ₱30,000 (paid bi‑monthly).
