Customer Care Professional – ANZ Commercial Servicing

About the role

American Express is seeking a Customer Care Professional to deliver extraordinary service to Card Members and commercial clients in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment. You will consult with customers, resolve inquiries, and recommend tailored solutions while upholding the brand’s reputation for trust and security.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently deliver high‑quality service, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
• Analyze customer accounts, make sound business decisions, and recommend relevant product offers to deepen engagement.
• Meet and exceed performance goals including satisfaction, sales, collections, call handling time, schedule adherence and compliance.

• Strong communication and active listening skills, able to adapt to different customer styles.
• Resilient and able to manage a steady stream of inquiries while meeting metric targets.
• Problem‑solver with analytical ability to evaluate account data and make decisions.

• Computer literacy – proficient navigation of multiple systems and applications.
