About the role
MicroPhase Corporation is looking for a Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales, generate leads and provide excellent customer service. The role focuses on contacting potential customers, promoting products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
- Identify and qualify new leads for the sales pipeline.
- Promote additional products or services through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
