QA Manager – Quality Assurance

About the role

iOPEX is looking for a passionate QA Manager to lead its Quality Assurance team in a fast‑growing BPO environment. You will use analytical skills to measure success, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous quality enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage QA staff, ensuring adherence to company QA protocols and client expectations.
• Conduct quality audits, prepare reports, and propose new systems and policies for continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations and Training teams to provide quality‑related insights and support improvement initiatives.
• Handle stakeholder escalations, act as the interface between the QA team and management, and ensure timely delivery of SLA‑bound deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a BPO setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership ability with a keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to work predominantly night/shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City.

Required skills

• Six Sigma methodology (certification preferred).
• Data analytics and performance data management.
• Advanced root‑cause analysis.
