Reliability Engineering Expert – EI&C Systems

About the role

The Reliability Engineering Expert for EI&C Systems will lead the assessment and analysis of electrical, instrumentation and control assets at the Caliraya‑Botocan‑Kalayaan power plant. The role focuses on ensuring asset availability, minimizing downtime, and driving cost‑effective reliability throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review gaps between current and recommended asset management strategies and develop a roadmap for transitioning to reliable, sustainable maintenance programs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for maintenance and reliability, using analytical tools to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize operational practices across Renewable Energy Business Units into a unified global platform.
• Oversee reliability‑centric processes such as Lifecycle Management, Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA), Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA).
• Support and manage the implementation of Asset Performance Management (APM) on key assets.
• Project‑manage assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with quality, schedule, cost, and performance targets.

Required profile

• Managerial experience in reliability engineering within power generation or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive asset‑management initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance optimization and risk mitigation.
